Talkoz supports a wide range of leading AI models, including GPT-4.1, GPT-4.1 Mini, GPT-4o, o3, o4 Mini, Claude 4 Sonnet, Claude 4 Opus, Gemini 2.5 Pro, and Gemini 2.5 Flash. You can select the model that best fits your business needs.
- Overall Call Duration is the total call time included in your subscription. Calls are billed per minute — any call under one minute will count as one full minute. Once your included minutes are used, additional usage is charged at the overage rate.
- Credits are separate from call time and cover AI tasks, recordings, storage, or add-ons. The number of credits consumed depends on the complexity of the AI tasks performed.
Concurrency refers to the number of calls Talkoz.ai can handle at the same time. If all available lines are in use, new callers will be queued until the next agent is free.
- An Agent is a specialized AI voice assistant, trained for a specific role such as Sales, Technician, or Receptionist. Each Agent can access one or more knowledge bases.
- A Knowledge Base is the information source that powers the Agent — for example, product details, policies, or support documents. It must be set up before the AI can respond effectively.
Inbound calls: Customers call your business, and Talkoz.ai answers.
Outbound calls: Talkoz.ai initiates the call to a customer (e.g., appointment reminders, follow-ups).
If a customer’s question requires a different skill set, calls can be transferred between AI Agents — for example, from a Receptionist to a Technician.
When AI Agents cannot fully resolve a customer’s issue, the call can be seamlessly transferred to a human staff member, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
