By accessing and using Talkoz AI (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Description of Service
Talkoz AI provides AI-powered voice communication services, including but not limited to automated phone calls, voice agents, and conversation management. The service is designed to help businesses automate their communication processes.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
- You will not use the service to transmit harmful or malicious content
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
Payment and Billing
Service fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days’ notice. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
Limitation of Liability
Talkoz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
